Your day-by-day details | Roundtrip Seattle, Washington From $5500

DAY 1 Seattle Embarkation

Board your home for the next week near the foot of the famous Pike Place Market in downtown Seattle. Prior to boarding, enjoy the robust and busy waterfront of Seattle with its many curiousities, museums, and other enjoyable events. Maybe an underground tour, a visit to the iconic Space Needle, or a stop by the original Starbucks. Whatever the event, you will find Seattle’s newly rebuilt waterfront to bring smiles. Get underway during cocktail hour as we cruise the Seattle Harbor and head north to the inside passage of Canada. (D)

DAY 2 Gulf Islands and Nanaimo

Sleep as you recover from travels or join us on deck. This morning is relaxed as we cruise through the island-studded inside passage of Canada. We will be traveling the area known as the Gulf Islands where we hope to spot sea life, passing many yachts in route to far-off places. Also, this morning, plan to get tuned up for the outdoors as we get our kayak, skiff, paddle board, and snorkeling safety training taken care of before arriving at our customs port of Nanaimo after lunch. This afternoon, you will have an opportunity to enjoy this bustling town or take a kayak or skiff ride to Newcastle Provincial Marine Park just across from town. We're underway at happy hour. (BLD)

DAY 3 Desolation Sound and Bute Inlet

Take your morning beverage and get on deck for some fabulous scenery before breakfast as we sail through Desolation Sound and into an eastern fjord. Today is about Bute Inlet fjord that goes deep inside the Canadian coastal mountain range. We will be spending the entire day out on the launches, kayaks, paddle boards, and hikes. This place is a rare treat for guests and crew alike. (BLD)

DAY 4 Jervis Inlet and Hotham Sound

Wake up the clank of anchor dropping before breakfast today. Once secure on the anchor your crew sets up the boat for adventure. Today opportunities exist for longer kayaks to the Harmony Islands and the famed waterfall from Friel Lake. Or go ashore and examine oysters as the tide recedes. Typically, this area is incredibly quiet during the summer months and offers warmer water than other areas…take a swim? At happy hour we'll get underway for a cruise to Holiday Passage, known for amazing sunsets. (BLD)

DAY 5 Friday Harbor and the San Juan Islands

We arrive in Friday Harbor early for US Customs. This quaint small town is situated on San Juan Island. This is a super place to visit with locals, take a bike ride or rent a moped and explore the island. We depart during lunch to Stuart Island with an opportunity for more outdoor activities and a possible hike to a lighthouse. (BLD)

DAY 6 Neah Bay, Home of the Makah Nation

Like few places on the planet, remote, native, and beautiful. Nestled close to protected sea and mountains, Neah Bay is a place to experience native culture, pristine environments, and make your claim to being at the most Northwestern point of the contiguous United States. Neah Bay is where offshore sailors often gather prior to heading to the open ocean. It was the final touch of land for UnCruise’s owner Dan Blanchard when he departed for three years from the USA to sail the Pacific. Today, we will have time to visit with locals, learn of culture, and visit nearby trails and parks. (BLD)

DAY 7 Olympic National Park and Port Angeles

Hike in Olympic National Park—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—surrounded by rainforest, old-growth forest, and top of the world 360-degree views. Your trek takes you across fields of sub-alpine flowers in warmer weather and snow-covered hills in the colder months. On a clear day, you can see Canada across to the Straits of Juan de Fuca. This evening, wrap it up with a Farewell Dinner and slide show highlighting your week’s adventures. (BLD)

DAY 8 Seattle Disembarkation

Get up early and watch this bustling town come to life with commuter ferries, ships, and yacht traffic busy about their business. After breakfast we will say adieu and recall all the joys of our travels together. (B)
