Eligibility: You must be a travel agent registered with UnCruise Adventures. Submitting a request does not guarantee confirmation. If you have travelled on this offer in the last 24 months, you may not be confirmed. One reduced rate cabin per request only. Please check your passport expiration date. If you are applying for Mexico or Costa Rica & Panama, your passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
Cruise Rates: Per person, U.S. dollars; apply to travel agent and one companion sharing a cabin. Gratuities are not included; you are asked to tip your crew at the end of the cruise. Recommended gratuities are $25 - $35 per guest per day.
Cabin Assignments: We will send you proof of confirmation via e-mail. After you are confirmed, complete your Guest Forms online promptly at Guests.un-cruise.com/customers/login. Confirmations will not be made by phone. Final travel details will arrive approximately 7 days prior to your departure date via email.
Payment: Full payment of cruise fare, taxes and fees is required with your request by check only. This does not guarantee your confirmation but puts you on the list for us to potentially confirm 30 days prior, based on availability. If we are unable to confirm a cabin for you, we will send back or destroy your payment. Your check will be deposited 72 hours after you receive your email confirmation. There will be no refunds or transfer of funds for cancellations after this date. Please ensure you use this time to secure your air (if applicable).

Air: Air travel is not available through UnCruise Adventures. We must receive your flight details no later than 14 days prior to sailing in order to provide your transfers. You must book flights that adhere to our required times, available online: UnCruise.com/pages/prepare-to-cruise. We strongly recommend you buy refundable airline tickets. If a cruise is cancelled or rescheduled, friends and family are responsible for the cost of the airline ticket cancellation or change fees. UnCruise Adventures will not refund the cost of air tickets or pay change fees.
Cancellations: Familiarization trip fares are nonrefundable. In the unlikely event your cabin is cancelled by UnCruise after you are confirmed, your fare will be moved to a travel certificate and you may apply it to a future booking. Should the cancelation decision be the guests', the fare will not be moved to a certificate and remains nonrefundable.
