Eligibility: You must be a travel agent registered with UnCruise Adventures or a friend and family member of a current UnCruise Adventures employee. Submitting a request does not guarantee confirmation. If you have traveled on this offer in the last 24 months, you may not be confirmed. One reduced rate cabin per request only. Please check your passport expiration date. If you are applying for Mexico, Costa Rica or Galapagos, your passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of departure. 

Cruise Rates: Total all‑inclusive prices listed by sailing and based solely on the vessel, regardless of itinerary, and are charged per person in U.S. dollars for a traveler and one companion sharing a cabin; gratuities are not included—guests are asked to tip the crew at the end of the cruise with a recommended amount of $45 per guest per day—and while transfers between the airport and vessel on embarkation and disembarkation days are included, all other transportation, airfare, hotel stays, and similar expenses are not included. 

Cabin Assignments: We will send you proof of confirmation via e-mail. After you are confirmed, complete your Guest Forms online promptly. Confirmations will not be made by phone. Final travel details will arrive approximately 7 days prior to your departure date via email.

CREDIT CARD: You can pay with a credit card by accessing the guest portal, Guest Portal | Un-Cruise Adventures. Look up your reservation by entering the last name associated with your booking and the booking number/ Reservation ID. 

Code of Conduct: By accepting this offer you accept our code of conduct: You are representing UnCruise Adventures and are expected to act as such on board. Maintain a professional and pleasant attitude when interacting with other passengers and crew. Follow crew directions and safety guidelines at all times. Do not overindulge in alcohol or keep the crew on duty by being the last at the bar or in the lounge. Do not share with other passengers the details of your reduced rate fare. Full fare passengers always have priority when boarding, at meals or during activities. Do not attempt to recruit influence, incentivize or promote trip participants to become clients, or approach crew members for employment. 

Air : Air travel is not available through UnCruise Adventures. We must receive your flight details no later than 14 days prior to departure in order to provide your transfers. You must book flights that adhere to our required times, available online: UnCruise.com/pages/prepare-to-cruise. We strongly recommend you buy refundable airline tickets. If a cruise is cancelled or rescheduled, friends and family are responsible for the cost of the airline ticket cancellation or change fees. UnCruise Adventures will not refund the cost of air tickets or pay change fees. 

Cancellations : In the unlikely event your cabin is cancelled by UnCruise after you are confirmed, your fare will be refunded, or you may apply it to a future booking. Should the cancelation decision be the guests', the fare will not be refunded.
