Seafood is at the heart of our Alaskan culinary experience. It's sourced directly from the waters we navigate and the ports we depart from. Our chefs meticulously prepare each meal, from skinning and filleting the salmon to carefully crafting each plate with produce from local farms. At UnCruise, we prioritize partnering with individuals and businesses committed to sustainable and ethical fishing practices. We make sure that the seafood served on board our vessels is not only delicious but also supports the health of our oceans, Alaska's ecosystem, and the well-being of our guests.

Supporting the local economies of the destinations we visit is a top priority 
for us. We collaborate with a fishing collective that operates within the waters we kayak and with a family-owned farm located on the land we explore. We specifically select farms known for their artisanal, hand-crafted approach to agriculture. One of our partners has allocated a dedicated plot of land specifically for UnCruise, guaranteeing that everything is grown to our specifications. With harvests taking place on Friday afternoons and deliveries made to the ship the following morning, you can trust in the lasting freshness of the ingredients we serve on our Baja sailings.
