Hawaii Hospitality and Transfer Updates
**Updated October 14, 2022**
Each guest regardless of age must provide documentation that they are fully vaccinated in order to embark the vessel, including at least one booster This information must be uploaded via the Guest Portal no less than 30 days prior to departure.
Crew and guests are required to wear masks indoors onboard except when eating or in their cabins. Guests are not required to wear masks outdoors unless distancing cannot be met.

Hospitality Information for Kona:
After you pick up your luggage, please meet our transfer representative, who will be holding an UnCruise Adventures sign, outside the baggage claim area.
If you are not arriving on a flight today but are returning a rental car at the airport, you must notify your sales counselor before travel. A member of the UnCruise Adventures team will notify you approximately 7 days prior to embarkation of your scheduled transfer time and meeting location.
If you encounter any delays or travel issues en route to your UnCruise Adventure, please let us know by calling: 888-862-8881. After hours: 206-536-1917.
Luggage: Please have your luggage checked in with the representative in the hospitality area by 2:45 p.m.
Transfer to Pier: You need to be back in the hospitality area NO LATER than 4:45 p.m. for the group transfer to the Safari Explorer

Note that staff at Hospitality will verify your vaccination and COVID test documentation. Legible copies or photos are fine.
