Safe Travel with UnCruise Adventures

Traveling exposes people to different environments than in everyday life, increasing the risk of illness due to changes in diet, stress, and exposure to new germs. Factors like crowded transportation, jetlag and differences in diet can also contribute and weaken our immune systems. Preparation, vaccinations, and good hygiene practices can help mitigate these risks, but travelers should stay vigilant by being aware and following a few simple practices:

  • Before embarking on any travel plans consult with your doctor regarding any existing health conditions. This discussion will help determine if you require specific vaccinations or preventive measures tailored to your destination.
  • Our product has a high level of activity and it is possible to be injured. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This provides financial protection and peace of mind against unexpected events while traveling.
  • Always inform our staff before you travel of medical conditions, medications or medical equipment you will be bringing on your voyage.
  • Hand washing is crucial and prevents the spread of germs and infections. Wash well, wash often! When hand washing isn’t available make sure to use your sanitizer, and never touch your face with dirty hands.
  • Wearing a mask while traveling helps reduce the transmission of airborne diseases, protecting both the wearer and those around them.
  • If you are experiencing symptoms of illness before your scheduled vacation with us, we kindly ask that you consider staying home. This decision not only safeguards your well-being but also protects other guests and our crew. Please contact us immediately to discuss alternative options or rescheduling arrangements. As stated in our terms & conditions we will not refund due to illness, but every effort will be made to work with guests to come to a beneficial solution.

Do I need a COVID-19 test prior to boarding?

No, you are no longer required to provide a PCR or Antigen test to board.

Does UnCruise require masks onboard?

What will happen if a person onboard tests positive for COVID?

The individual will be isolated in their cabin for 24 hours. If needed, medical authorities will be contacted and advised on the condition of the guest(s). How does UnCruise maintain a high standard of cleanliness?

Hand sanitizing dispensers are located at primary entrance points, and we employ as much natural ventilation as possible.
