Latin America Hospitality & Arrival Protocols

Concerning our destinations in Costa Rica, Panama and Belize.

Costa Rica – As of April 1st, no testing is required to enter if vaccinated (proof required). No restrictions for children traveling to Costa Rica.

Panama – As of May 13th, no testing is required to enter if vaccinated (proof required). Anyone under 17 is not required to show a negative test or vaccination status if traveling with an adult to Panama.

Belize – As of March 1st, no testing is required to enter if vaccinated (proof required). Children under 5 are required to show a negative test upon entering Belize.

Hospitality Information for Costa Rica:
After you pick up your luggage and pass through customs, please look for our representative holding an UnCruise Adventures sign. They will be waiting to greet you outside customs, inside the terminal and will guide you to the transfer vehicles.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are arriving prior to embarkation day and have previously requested with your sales counselor to join the day-of-embarkation transfer after returning a rental car/other, a member of the UnCruise Adventures team will notify you approximately 7 days prior to embarkation of your scheduled transfer time and meeting location at the airport.

If you encounter any delays or travel issues en route to your UnCruise, please let us know by calling: 888-862-8881. After Hours: 907-957-3501.

Luggage: Please have your luggage checked in with the representative in the hospitality area by 12:30 p.m.

Transfer to Pier: You need to be back in the hospitality area NO LATER than 1:00 p.m. for the included group transfer to the Safari Voyager.

Hospitality Suite: Doubletree by Hilton Cariari San Jose Costa Rica San Antonio de Belen Ciudad Cariari, San Jose, Costa Rica

Open from 9am to 2pm.

Hospitality Information for Panama: NEW DEPARTURE TIME

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are arriving prior to embarkation day and have previously requested with your sales counselor to join the day-of-embarkation transfer after returning a rental car/other, a member of the UnCruise Adventures team will notify you approximately 7 days prior to embarkation of your scheduled transfer time and meeting location at the airport.
