Mexico Sea of Cortez Hospitality and Transfer Updates

All guests and crew are required to have full vaccination to board, including a booster for all of those who are eligible. Documentation must be uploaded via the Guest Portal at least 30 days prior to departure. 

Small vessel cruising provides an outlet for adventure in the outdoors with extended opportunities to be in fresh air in remote locations, with plenty of room to socially distance. As air travel continues so will the opportunity to join our highly experiential voyages, focused on nature, fresh air, in the outdoors. We don’t operate in ports and remain in remote locations throughout the duration of our sailings. Smaller groups, more control, and a high level of safety protocols provide more confidence for our guests. 

As of September 2022, there are no specific entry requirements to Baja, Mexico. That includes no quarantining, vaccination certificates, antigen tests, or PCR-tests to enter or depart the country. If a member tests positive while onboard they will need to isolate for a minimum of 5 days whether onboard or ashore.  

In cooperation with local Mexican regulations we ask that you please mask up while in port and in dealing with tour operators/ local personnel and carry a a mask with you at all times ashore. These are currently required in local areas such as grocery stores and shopping centers.

San Jose del Cabo Hospitality Information:

Transfer from San Jose del Cabo Airport to Hospitality: After you pick up your luggage and pass through customs, exit the terminal where it says Ground Transportation / Taxis / Bus. Once outside, please look for our representative who will be holding an UnCruise Adventures sign.

After Hours: 907-957-3501.IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are arriving prior to embarkation day and have requested to join the day-of-embarkation transfer after returning a rental car/other, a member of the UnCruise Adventures team will notify you approximately 7 days prior to embarkation of your scheduled transfer time and meeting location at the airport.

Please note: due to Mexico tourism regulations we are unable to accept non-flight arrival transfer requests/changes less than 14 days prior to embarkation day.

Luggage: Please have your luggage checked in with the representative in the hospitality area by 3:00 p.m.

Transfer to La Paz: You need to be back in the hospitality area NO LATER than 3:45 p.m. for the included group sightseeing and orientation transfer to the Safari Voyager.
